For this to be accepted in the ranks of high-class consultancy, a broad range of processual criterions have to be fulfilled. Coaches must ground their practice in a solid theoretical understanding and in empirically tested models. An explicit movement towards the scientist-practitioner-model of coach training and practice is vital for the development of the coaching industry. |
